After finalizing your itinerary, we will manage all of your trip deposits and bookings, including hotels/cruise cabins, tours, transfers, guided experiences, and more. You’ll also receive personalized guidance from your PAX designer on how to best explore your destination.

Pack your Tevas—it’s time to depart! You’ll head off with access to your full itinerary via mobile app, plus special contact information for 24/7 assistance whenever you need it. Simply reach out to us or our in-destination partners for help, so you can keep your focus on adventuring.
Can you get me special travel perks?
Sometimes! It depends on availability and where you are going (it’s harder to secure luxury perks in, say, the remote jungles of Borneo). But we are proudly affiliated with several luxury travel and preferred hotel programs, including Virtuoso. These affiliations mean we are occasionally able to offer our clients special perks and amenities, such as complimentary breakfast, room upgrades, or spa credits (all subject to availability).

How can you help me feel safe and manage risk on my trip?
Safety and comfort is our #1 priority for all of our clients. That’s why we only work with vetted travel partners and tour operators with a strong track record of traveler safety and satisfaction. Depending on your preferences, you can also opt to privately hire a PAX guide for your trip, or join one of our escorted tours. We also counsel you on your travel insurance options, so you can safeguard your trip investment and ensure you have appropriate medical coverage while abroad.
What are the benefits of using my services instead of an online booking engine?
Travel research can be time-consuming, but I will give you back that time by handling the work for you. I research and carefully craft each step of your itinerary to ensure it aligns with your standards and expectations.
I also maintain relationships with pre-vetted luxury partners who offer exclusive opportunities, amenities, pricing, and added benefits unavailable online. I am here to service your trip from when you book until you return home. Should you encounter any issues, my partners and I can step in and resolve them on your behalf with our 24/7 service. Do you charge a fee for your services?
As your travel consultant, I charge a Planning Fee for my travel advising services. This fee varies depending on several factors and starts at $199. I will provide the exact fee after our complimentary consultation call.
